BRENDON CHASE

 

Brendon Chase is New Zealand’s premier Elvis Tribute Artist and has been entertaining professionally as Elvis for 14 years.

 

In 2006 he won "New Zealand's Best Elvis" title.  He placed 4th in “Australasia’s Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist” contest in 2007, coming 2nd in the "Elvis 70's era" category, and was a finalist in New Zealand's “Stars In Their Eyes” TV series in 2008.

 

Brendon is based in Auckland and has played major venues throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands, including all NZ SKYCITY casinos, top Auckland clubs and on television.

 

CHE ORTON

 

Che has have been entertaining professionally for 11 years since at the age of 15 he dressed up and performed as Elvis Presley for the Hamilton based Drifters Rock’n’Roll Club. What started out as being a one off performance has turned into a full time career. He has travelled throughout New Zealand and Internationally both as a solo artist and in shows.

 

He performs at clubs and private functions around New Zealand singing the songs of the 50s, 60s, and 70s. He also performs an Elvis tribute show with full lighting and various costume changes.

 

Judged New Zealand's top Elvis Tribute Artist for the 2009 Elvis Down Under Contest , Che has just returned from the Elvis European championships in Blackpool in England. 

 

PAUL FENECH

 

Paul Fenech has always been an Elvis fan. He can clearly remember the first time he heard “Burning Love” in 1972, and it soon became his favourite song. He was only four years old.

 

Since 1997 Paul has entertained every facet of the corporate and private industry including performances in Singapore, USA, Malaysia, and New Zealand.  After winning the South Pacific 2010 Ultimate Elvis competition, Paul went on to perform at the 2010 World event in Memphis , making the Semi finals.

 

Rated one of the Top Elvis performers in Australia, Paul has recently returned from starring in an International line up of Elvis tribute Artists on a “Rock the Boat” Cruise.

 

He has a passion for Elvis; the man, the music, the legend. He says “you have to love the King to be able to do it above and beyond the others. The audience will see straight through you if you treat it as just a job. 

 

Paul owns the “Elvis Pizza” restaurant in Sydney , renowned for ‘ Elvis Alive’ shows on Friday and Saturday evenings.

 

KERRYN WINN

 

Kerryn Winn has been performing since childhood. After winning a Television NZ series of Opportunity Knocks with his then singing partner, he went on to work for a while under the management of Ray Colombus.

 

Ten years ago he returned to the industry as a soloist specializing in Timeless Artists with emphasis on Elvis music. Although Kerryn will dress for the occasion at Elvis in the Park - he does not consider himself an impersonator.

 

Whereas Impersonator tribute shows usually present 45 minutes of Elvis Songs ‘as Elvis” - Kerryn’s repertoire and voice flexibility allows him to sing up to four hours straight of Elvis recordings. His focus is on the music rather than “the look.”

 

He is available for Private functions, clubs, conferences and events.

STEVE FITTER

 

Steve Fitter had always enjoyed playing guitar and singing but it wasn’t until his wife talked him into entering a competition that he realised he had a recognisable talent.

 

After winning the 2010 Cambridge Stars in your eyes competition Steve began performing around the traps and launched to larger audiences at the 2011 previously known Franklin Elvis in the Park event at Bombay. (Now Elvis in the Gardens).

 

Having been spotted by the organiser of NZ Elvis Down Under, Steve went down to Wellington to compete, and subsequently win the 2011 Elvis Down under competition 15 May 2011.

ANDY STANKOVICH

 

Andy has been singing professionally for well over a decade now and Elvis has always been a big part of his life.  His ambition has always been to keep the music of Elvis alive and this is evident in his sincere tribute performances.

 

Andy has become known in Elvis circles as “Elvis The Voice”. You ‘just can’t help believing’ how much he sounds like Elvis. His vocal ability, inflections and phrasing capture the true essence of Elvis’ voice.

Andy has recorded three albums, ‘My Journey’, ‘Sound Proof’ and his latest gospel album ‘Walking By His Side’. He is currently recording another gospel album. These will be available for sale at Elvis in the Gardens.

 

Andy has performed throughout Australia, Hawaii, Fiji and more.

 

He acknowledges the love of his partner Glenys who supports him in every aspect of his career.
